Prerequisites to Join:

Advanced Skills: students should have a strong foundation in intermediate pole moves, including ballerina, shoulder mount, aerial inverting, inside leg hang, ayesha and brass monkey. You should be comfortable executing these moves with confidence and control;

Exceptional Strength and Endurance: students should be able to perform intense tricks and combinations with endurance and precision;

High Flexibility: front splits, flat pancake and a solid bridge are demanded;

Expert Body Awareness: students should possess expert body awareness and control, allowing you to execute intricate transitions and combinations with fluidity and grace.
