Every class must be booked in advance

with confirmation from the studio;

All classes in our studio can be booked using

TEAMUP Online Booking System.

​

All payments must be made in advance.

Payments can be received by cash, direct bank transfer or PayPal.

 

Cancelation must be made 24hours in advance;

All classes canceled at least 24hours in advanced will be returned.

​

If the student fail to attend class which was previously booked

it will be count as a taken class and provided NO REFUND;

 

Students will NOT be allowed to take the missed classes after the expiration of their membership;

 

Membership can be frozen due to medical reasons with medical certification provided;

 

Any class will be open with a number of at least TWO students. 

If only one student has registered for the class, the student will be allowed to do self practice;

 

The studio and the teachers are engaged to give the best service to every student, due to this the studio and the teachers deny any responsibility if the student isn’t able to use all the purchased

classes during the validity of the membership.

Each pole class has a maximum allowance of 7 students.

However more students will be allowed to join the class if they previously agree to share the pole together;

 

The student is requested to book a class suitable for his/her level;

 

Pole Beginner classes are suitable for all the students with no experience on the pole or with less than 6months of practice;

 

Pole Intermediate classes are suitable for students who are capable of holding themselves on the pole using only two hands and performing invert from the ground; intermediate level students must be able to warm up themselves;

 

Pole Advanced classes are suitable for students who are capable to perform invert in the air and hold themselves with one hand. They are required to have mastered shoulder mount, handspring and have splits;

 

Pole Sport, Pole Tricks and Exo Choreo are classes open to all levels unless different indication is provided by the studio;

All members will receive by email 10% discount on the month of their birthday valid for one time on the purchase of any membership or classes package;​

 

All members will receive 10% discount on Private Classes and Studio Rental;

 

If family members purchase memberships together they’re both entitled to receive 5% discount.
