and Guidelines
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Every class must be booked in advance and confirmed by the studio.

All classes can be booked using the TEAMUP Online Booking System.

All payments must be made in advance. Accepted payment methods: cash, direct bank transfer, Wise or PayPal.
CANCELLATION & MISSED CLASSES
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Classes missed without proper cancellation will be counted as taken, with no refund.

Missed classes cannot be taken after the expiration of the membership.

Memberships may be frozen for medical reasons with valid medical documentation.
CLASS PARTICIPATION
Classes require a minimum of two students to open. If only one student registers, self-practice is allowed.

Each pole class has a maximum of 7 students. Additional students may join only if they agree to share a pole.

Students should book classes appropriate for their level.
STUDIO & SAFETY GUIDELINES
Please use the lockers provided to store personal belongings. Take your key with you at all times.

Avoid leaving belongings in the practice area to prevent accidents.

Students are expected to clean mats before and after use.

We provide a space for chalk, grip, and shoes (including heels). The studio is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. This is a courtesy service for our students.
BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT

Members receive a 10% discount during their birthday month, valid for one-time purchase of any membership or class package.
DISCLAIMER

The studio and instructors are committed to providing the best service. However, we cannot be held responsible if a student is unable to attend or use all purchased classes during their membership.

Safety is a priority. Students are responsible for their own belongings and personal safety while in the studio.
