We recommend this package for who loves pole dance but also understands the importance of cross training. Keep in mind that flexibility training has a very important role for a pole dancer and we recommend you to join our stretching or yoga sessions at least once a week to restore your body balance and focus on those exercises your body needs but can't be all covered during only 1hr of pole class.
