Pole INTERMEDIATE
Our Pole Intermediate class is designed for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their pole dancing skills to more advanced moves and combinations.
Prerequisites to Join:

Basic Skills: A solid understanding of fundamental pole moves such as the pole sit, chair, and fireman spin. Confidence in practicing spins, climbs, and basic inversions with proper form and control is essential.

Strength and Endurance: Students should be able to support their body weight on the pole for extended periods and perform moves with confidence and stability.

Flexibility: While perfect splits and deep backbends aren’t mandatory, a good level of flexibility in the legs, hips, and back is highly beneficial for intermediate moves. Regular attendance in stretching or flexibility classes is strongly recommended.

Body Awareness: A strong sense of body awareness and control is key. Students should be comfortable executing smooth transitions between moves with precision and fluidity.



What to Expect in an Intermediate Class:

Techniques: more complex tricks and inversions, as well as intricate and challanging combinations;

Transitions and Flow: emphasis on creating seamless transitions between moves to develop a fluid and graceful dance flow;

Strength and Conditioning: conditioning exercises to to build the strength and control needed for this level;

Choreography: more complex choreographed routines that incorporate the advanced moves and transitions;
